Eeeee thanks for this comment! You put a lot of thought into it and ahah mine seem pretty lame now, oops.
I'm glad you like Runnis! She's definitely my favorite wild child, and there'll be more art of her showing up of her after oc-training is finished (entering her in Walking City OCT).
ehehhe, those points are really valid, but her thinness was a conscious decision (at least for the most part). She has learned to take care of herself in the wild, but the first year or so of being in the wild were extremely difficult for her (she was 12 when she ended up in the wilderness) and she lost what little body fat she had. She primarily lives on wild greens and the occasional rabbit or other small game, and very rarely larger animals, all of which are rather lean and would build muscle rather than stick to her ribs ;D Her weight does fluctuate between seasons and years, but for the oc-training reference I chose her body type when she was 16 after she healed from a broken leg. She does eventually build more muscle and becomes a much more intimidating figure, but she always remains lean and not prone to carrying extra fat.
As for my lazy shading.... yeahhhhh. I've been rather pressed for time for a lot of these challenges (started a new job, been lazy, etc). Dynamic shading is something I really need to work on, but I always make the excuse "oh there's no background I don't need to do better shading"... which is bullshit and I need to practice jfc
I'm slowly catching up to the challenges I've missed 8D The animal task should be up in a couple days, and I've got some cool things planned for future tasks *u*
Thanks again for such a kind comment! I really appreciate how much time and effort you put into it
